I led the UX and product design to move Journey Builder onto Liquid Sky – cards you can scan, a node system for 33 widgets, and a phased ship that started with the journeys marketers create first.

I designed the storefront chatbot end to end – merchant setup, the widget, feedback, and the Service Cloud conversation history that closes the loop.
